This project was a great learning experience for me and provided me with many insights.  I was able to help many students in the way that I initially planned but was also able to do much more then my initial project entailed.  I learned what makes a good presentation and how to best communicate with students.  I learned how to tactfully inform students that their presentations will need a little more effort and work, while still making it a positive experience for all.

Because of this project I feel a lot more confident in finding a job in the work force and believe that I have some unique skills that will help me stand out to employers.
