Nathan Dodge
Introduction
My name is Nathan Dodge, I am currently a Senior at Southern Utah University. I am currently working on my communications degree and plan to graduate with my bachelors in communications in the spring of 2017. Thought the classes and courses i've taken with my degree, i've gained a big appreciation for working with people and especially helping others with projects related to my field of study. Through my degree and my internship at the Speech and Presentation Center I've learned much about public speaking and giving presentations. My EDGE project will incorporate all that i've learned in the past year or so and help others learn what i've already learned.

At Southern Utah University i've had a great experience getting my communications degree. I've learned a lot about the process of communication and the many different aspects of it. I've made lifelong friends while attending SUU and believe that it has laid a good foundation for me as I prepare to enter the work force full time after graduating. My time at SUU will always be cherished as I move forward.
Snow College.
Spring 2013- Spring 2015
While at Snow College I worked on my core classes to graduate with my Associates Degree within the two years that I was there. I worked as an intern in the Adult Literacy Program where I was able to help the hispanic community learn basic communication skills needed for everyday. Because of how much I enjoyed my experience working there and especially with these people, I realized that communication is a powerful tool. So upon graduating from Snow College, I decided to attend Southern Utah University and obtain a degree in the communications field.
